Confessions of a Sailor, a locally produced film won the Best Micro-Budget Film award during the 5th Annual National Independent Film Association awards ceremony at Lawrence University’s Warch Cinema.
A micro-budget film is typically one created for under $50,000 dollars. Confessions of a Sailor was produced on a $20,000 dollar budget by local filmmaker Kurt Krauss.
