I started my music life when I was only 16 years old. I recorded 3 songs in Radio Kabul Afghanistan. My first song (Ghobare Gham) composed by our famous singer and song writer Abdullah Nawabi (Shadkam).

I was the leader of the Caravan Music band for more than 5 years. We had five piece band which was consist of Keyboard, Jazz, Guitar, Trumpet and Dohl. I was the keyboard player and the lead singe, Jelan was our base guitar player, Ustad Saboori was our Trumpet player, John Mohamad was our Dohl Player, Farooq Jan and Hamid Jan were our Drum Players.

I recorded my first Music album (Cassette) "Naro Naro"in Fremont California with Jazz Music in 1992.

My first Cd "Faryad" was recorded in in Fremont California with Jazz Music in 1998.
