CMT Music Awards 2024 Photos: The Best Of The Red Carpet – Deadline

The 2024 CMT Music Awards are underway at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas, with Kelsea Ballerini as host.

Aside from hosting, Ballerini will also be performing and possibly accepting awards as she is one of the night’s top nominees. Other artists who have been nominated in multiple categories include Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Lainey Wilson, and Megan Moroney.

Ahead of the main ceremony, the country music stars and celebrities will make their way through the red carpet. Some of the names that have made an appearance include Carly Pearce, Emma Roberts, GloRilla, Sam Hunt, Keith Urban, Gayle King, Chase Stokes, Minnie Driver, Carlene Carter, Young Sheldon stars Emily Osment and Montana Jordan, Melissa Etheridge, Max Thieriot, among many others.

Nominees for the 2024 CMT Music Awards include 14 first-time nominees, from breakthrough artists to out-of-genre superstars. They include Amber Riley, Ashley Cooke, Bret Michaels, Chayce Beckham, Hozier, Koe Wetzel, Stephen Wilson Jr., Tyler Childers, Warren Zeiders, Zach Bryan, Anne Wilson, Ella Langley, The Castellows and Tigirlily Gold.

The night’s most coveted category, “Video of the Year,” has 16 acts competing in the first round of voting. These include Jelly Roll, Jordan Davis, and Parmalee, all of whom make first-time appearances in the category, and Kane Brown, who will vie for back-to-back titles this year with Mickey Guyton.
