WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — One of our very own was recognized at UNCW Sunday evening. Reporter Nate Mauldin was among several journalists nominated at the 25th annual Student Media Awards.
Nate was nominated in three categories. Media Student of the Year, Breaking News Photography, and Reporting. He took home the award for Breaking News Photography.
Nate is a senior at UNCW, set to graduate in May.
